A clear, front-facing photo in natural daylight. Face a window, avoid direct sunlight or harsh shadows, and skip filters. A clean, bare face works best. The better the lighting, the more accurate your results.

Most profiles are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Color Signature clients receive priority delivery within 24 hours.

Yes. Color alignment works the same way regardless of gender. The method focuses on your natural coloring, not style trends or gendered fashion advice.

We will work with your current appearance. If your coloring changes significantly (like going from blonde to brunette), you can request an updated analysis.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between tiers. Your existing profile carries forward and is enhanced with additional features.

The free tier gives you a preview of how Color Clarity works. When you are ready to go deeper, you can upgrade to any paid tier and your data carries over.

Paid tiers are available as monthly or annual plans. You can cancel at any time. Annual plans offer savings over monthly billing.

The Decision Filter (available in Color Alignment and Color Signature) lets you test any color against your profile. Select a color, and it tells you whether it aligns, works in moderation, or creates noise.

If you feel your analysis does not reflect your coloring accurately, reach out within 14 days. We will review your profile and make adjustments.
