Ponphelia Deniz had spent over 25 years as a master hair colorist watching people hold beautiful things, feel something off, and put them back without ever knowing why. She had always known why. She had just never had the right product to fix it.
The answer came in Seoul, where she went for a professional color analysis in 2025 and came home with something she had not expected. Not a list. Certainty. The kind that makes a 30-minute shopping trip feel effortless while the person beside you falls apart at the options.
She watched her cousin struggle through a mall that same trip. Frustration rising. Energy gone. Same store, same options, completely different experience. One of them had a framework. One did not.
