Mario Aldayuz

He has built things that replaced entire teams. Color Clarity is the first one he built for himself.

Mario grew up across three states and joined the United States Marine Corps at 17. He went to boot camp at Parris Island in 2008 and spent five years as a Precision Measurement Electronics Engineer, calibrating the test equipment used in rotary-wing weapon systems.

The work required precision that does not forgive mistakes. He learned early that accuracy matters more than speed. Then he left the Marines and learned that in business, you need both.

He founded Blue Ridge Media Company in 2013 on advice from his mentor, who told him one thing he never forgot: always have a side hustle.

Over the next decade, he built it into a full-scale marketing agency, trained over 500 people on the skills that changed their career trajectories, became an early adopter of Botpress, HighLevel, and n8n, and went on to scale companies from 11 to 125 employees. He spoke on more than 100 stages across his career. He built things that worked. Then he sold the company and spent years wondering if he had made a mistake.

His mother passed in March of 2025. They had spoken almost every day, and when she was gone, time started blurring. The corporate roles he had taken began to feel like the wrong shape.

He took a sabbatical at the start of 2026. He founded Legendary Academy and spent three months teaching and building community. It was the most like himself he had felt in years.

I have built systems that replaced entire teams. Color Clarity is the first one I built for myself.

In Cancun in early 2026, he heard Ponphelia Deniz pitch Color Clarity and dismissed it. A few weeks later, he walked into a store for the first time in almost a decade and could not pick a single thing. Nothing looked wrong. Nothing looked right. He had no idea what colors worked on him.

He called her the same day. They launched Color Clarity on March 20, 2026.
